Can your online booking be given a boost? To get the most out of your salon software, we list a few tips to encourage customers to use your online appointment tool even more. 1. Appointment button on website

Do you already have your own website? I hope you do, because a lot of new clients will find you in this way. Can you already check this? The best thing you can do is to place a clearly visible appointment button. You can put this in a striking color and place him on your home page. The text on the button should contain a call-to-action such as “book now online”.

2. Visibility on social media

Do you already have a Facebook page for your hair salon? If not, do this quickly because it increases your online visibility and will therefore bring you a lot of new customers. In addition, customers can also make an appointment via this way. For example, Facebook has developed an appointment button that you can use to refer to your online booking tool. You can also place a link in your Instagram bio so that customers can also make an appointment automatically via this way.

3. Voicemail with referral

Are you temporarily unavailable on your phone or mobile? No worries! Leave a voicemail message to refer customers who wish to make an appointment to the online booking on your website. Most of them may not call back afterwards, but will immediately use your online booking for a future haircut ✂️.

4. Display in shop window

Make a poster and place it in front of the window of your salon with the mention “book your appointment now via our website”. Customers passing by may notice this, which means that they immediately have an understanding of how your salon works. Make sure that the text is clearly visible and do not forget to mention your website. Here too it is important to use a call-to-action 📣.

5. Note for customers who book by phone
