New Features

1. Notification center

From now on you will receive live notifications in the notification center. Here you can see, for example, when there is a new booking or an earlier booking has been moved or canceled. That way you will be even faster up-to-date on the latest developments in your salon. The notification center is located at the bottom on the left of your Optios account.

2. Undelivered e-mail receives notification

If a confirmation or reminder email has not been delivered, you will receive a notification of this from now on. This way you can immediately check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address in the customer file and so on you avoid a misunderstanding or no-show. Handy isn’t it? 🤩

3. Customer stop

Are you too busy in the salon? From now on you can enter a customer stop in the settings of your Optios account. If a non-customer wants to make an appointment, he / she will receive a notification that your hair salon will no longer accept new customers. This way you can still keep the peace in your successful salon.

4. Connect with shopify

You can now manage your own webshop thanks to the connection of Optios with Shopify. Create an account on Shopify and then link it with your Shopify ID. Now you can enter the products that you want to sell online and you’re done! 💰 Extra income for your hair salon.

5. Online payment option

Do you occasionally have to deal with no shows or customers who bring too little money? From now on you can add an online payment option to your online booking. For example, you can request an advance from your customers or even the full amount. That way you won’t miss out on any income.

6. Move appointments online

Does a customer want to move his / her appointment? Then he just does it himself from now on! Customers can now move their appointment online. They do this by filling in the information with which they have made the appointment. This saves you a lot of phone calls and the risk of misunderstandings. 🎉

Other features

🆕 Products in the order list are alphabetical.

🆕 When adding a new service, everyone now has the knowledge of it as standard. Does someone not have the knowledge of a certain service? Then you just turn it off!

🆕 The number of customers is now visible at the top of your customer list.

🆕 When you merge customers, all the information is now also merged.

🆕 From now on you can also add new orders to your stock on the order page.

🆕 The number of items on the invoice is now visible.

🆕 You can now also see the number of statements per day in the logbook.
